Keiser University, the winner of three straight NAIA Men’s Swimming National Championships and two straight 2nd place finishes for Women’s Swimming, retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to provide a feasibility study to analyze the cost to build and operate a new aquatic center. Options included an outdoor 50-meter by 25-yard competition pool with various options for a programming and warm-up pool, and a competitive dive tank. Opinions of probable costs were developed for each option as well as support space and site size requirements.

  • Option 1 included a 50-meter x 25-yard Competition Pool + 6-lane, 25-yard shallow pool
  • Option 2 included a Stretch 50-meter x 25-yard Competition Pool + 4-lane, 25-yard shallow pool
  • Option 3 included a 50-meter x 25-yard Competition Pool + dive pool + 4-lane, 25-yard shallow pool
