At the request of the City of Yukon, Oklahoma, Counsilman-Hunsaker was retained to complete a comprehensive swimming pool assessment for the Kimbell Bay and City Splash Pools.
These iconic outdoor pools have proudly served the community for over half a century. The primary objective of this assessment was to meticulously identify any areas within the pools that fall below the required standards, encompassing substandard features, elements that do not conform to current industry swimming pool design standards, or equipment that is not functioning as intended. The assessment aimed to provide invaluable insights to assist in defining a clear course of action regarding the future of these aquatic facilities.
In-depth presentations were conducted, detailing the results of the assessments and presenting the associated costs required to ensure the continued operation of the pools.
