In 2017, Lefrak City completed a $70 million renovation which began in 2012 and includes substantial infrastructure and amenity upgrades to the mega-development. This signifies a new generation for LeFrak City as the community and surrounding area continue to thrive.
LeFrak City consists of twenty 16-story residential buildings that house approximately 15,000 residents in 4,600 units. The buildings are named after global cities and countries as a homage to the 1964 World’s Fair in Queens.
