Lyons Pool (Audit)

Urbahn Architects commissioned Counsilman-Hunsaker to provide a swimming pool audit for the Lyons Municipal Pool facility. The pool audit included two cost estimates to address the items identified in the report needing repair, replacement or renovation. The estimates addressed the physical obsolescence of a pool that was built in 1935 and renovated in 1993, as well as safety and items required by the City and State of New York Health Departments. The second estimate identified “optional” replacements for the current dive pool and spray pad.
