Pinehurst Country Club (Audit and Study)

Counsilman-Hunsaker was retained by the Pinehurst Country Club to prepare a facility audit and conceptual plans for renovating or replacing the clubhouse pool. Counsilman-Hunsaker met with facility staff and the members’ steering committee and later provided a sub-standard-conditions report for the main pool and wading pool. The report included an opinion of probable construction costs to address conditions identified. The report also included future options for consideration consisting of new features to expand recreational offerings.
