The Well, a private, non-profit organization based in Springfield, Missouri, retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to develop an economic impact analysis and operating pro forma for a planned indoor 50-meter pool aquatic center. This would be the first 50-meter aquatic center in Springfield, and it would be used by local USA swimming clubs, high school swim teams, and local community users. An annual operating expense and revenue budget was developed to aid The Well with how to program the future pools at the aquatic center along with the economic impact analysis, which detailed the number of out-of-market visitors to the City of Springfield to attend competitive aquatic events at the aquatic center.
