The City of West Memphis retained the team of Hunden Strategic Partners and Counsilman-Hunsaker to explore the feasibility of an outdoor waterpark in the City of West Memphis. Counsilman-Hunsaker provided insight into waterpark operations, public and private partnerships, and typical amenities that the waterpark would need to generate enough revenue to cover operating expenses.
