Prince Georges Sports/Learning (Audit)

Counsilman Hunsaker audited the 50-meter competition pool (12,920 sq. ft.) at the Prince Georges Sports and Learning Complex in Landover, Maryland, concentrating on the pool's significant water loss, which exceeded 40,000 gallons per day. The audit revealed several areas of leakage, including construction joints, underwater lights, the stainless-steel gutter system, and the deformation of the concrete wall at the deep end. Based on these findings, the recommendation was made to replace both the pool and surge tank.
