City of Maumelle (Study)

The City of Maumelle contracted with Counsilman-Hunsaker to study the feasibility of an indoor aquatics addition to the existing Center on the Lake senior activity center. The center has programming, cafeteria, and fitness rooms but lacks indoor aquatics. A Center on the Lake membership survey was hosted on Counsilman-Hunsaker’s engagement platform to solicit input about the types of needed aquatics. CH then developed multiple options, incorporating ways to add a shallow, warm water pool to the center. Capital and operational costs were projected, and a final presentation was made to the project committee to receive feedback on the study findings.
