Counsilman-Hunsaker was retained by Perkins+Will to provide aquatics expertise for a new indoor recreation and aquatics center. A 50-meter aquatic center was explored as a possible partnership between the City of Bettendorf and two local school districts. Counsilman-Hunsaker reviewed conceptual and space plans and provided input on operational expenses and revenue
