Counsilman-Hunsaker was contracted by Louisville Metro Parks to study concepts for a multi-generational, indoor community and competitive aquatic center. The study addressed a needs assessment, program requirements, capital costs, and financial performance. Three options were developed to meet the aquatic needs of the community and to host regional, statewide, and national competitive swimming events and included conceptual drawings, project costs, and pro forma.
