Counsilman-Hunsaker provided aquatic design expertise for the project team led by Sam Sterling Architecture to the future of aquatics at the University of New Mexico. UNM currently has aquatics in two separate areas within the student recreation center, and the study looked at the best type of swimming pool and the preferred location. Conceptual options and construction costs were developed to aid the University in determining the best path forward for its aquatics program.
