Counsilman-Hunsaker worked with Sports Facilities Advisory to create an Aquatic Facility Market Opportunity report for the City of Auburn, Maine. The report provided an initial look at the type and size of an indoor aquatic center, along with the anticipated capital costs to develop the aquatic center. Based on the size of Auburn and the surrounding community, an indoor aquatic center with separate lap and program/recreational pools was researched.
