Jeff has over 50 years of aquatic experience having been an accomplished competitive swimmer as well as lifeguard, pool operator and swim coach. Jeff was a four-year member of the legendary Kenyon College Swimming Program which won an unprecedented 31 consecutive Men’s NCAA Division III National Championships (1980-2010) where he earned 9 All-American Designations/Honors during his career.
Jeff Prosswimmer is responsible for directing business in the Pacific Region Studio. He leads the teams that design, engineer, and operate aquatic facilities on the West Coast, Hawaii and Alaska. Jeff is very adept at formulating and executing strategy, driving results, and creating high performance teams that serve clients and end users in their pursuit of quality aquatic experiences.
Jeff Prosswimmer is a building efficiency and technology leader with more than 30 years’ experience working with Municipalities, K-12 School Districts and the University market. Jeff successfully developed a unique offering in the building technology arena with Siemens Corporation, Engie and Johnson Controls which allowed these public entities to seamlessly upgrade their building infrastructure without asking taxpayers for funding. Most recently, Jeff was the leader in the West for Johnson Controls responsible for the Energy Solutions businesses including Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Renewables, Demand Response, HVAC and Lighting Services. Over the course of his career Jeff has worked with hundreds of K-12 School Districts and Municipalities and understands and appreciates the complexities of the public sector as it relates to making a positive impact on communities.
