Lance's role at Counsilman-Hunsaker allows him to further his advocacy in aquatics as a Project Manager for Feasibility Studies. With a rich background in Aquatic Operations and a history of managing data-driven projects across state and national levels, Lance brings a comprehensive and meaningful perspective to complex study analysis and the development of Aquatic Master Plans.
Lance Timmons' work with the American Red Cross is highlighted in the 2019 Cardiac Arrest Registry to Enhance Survival (CARES) Annual Report, where his leadership contributed to unprecedented participation in Connecticut. Previously, as a First Responder Executive for the American Red Cross, Lance oversaw operations across a vast territory that included Southern California, Hawaii, the Pacific Islands, Arizona, and New Mexico, including the formation of the first Lifeguarding and Swim Instruction programs in American Samoa.
